And using the web delivers them all with instant gratification. Quite possibly, it’s cheaper to purchase an airline ticket, a tour or a hotel room online as opposed to spending the money with an agent. You’ll even feel pleased at the success at which you found and purchased a cheaper product that you have ready-to-use in-your-hand.

However, that first sense of gratification of purchasing a product or service on line does not come close to replicating the experience of dealing with a qualified and dedicated agent.
